Seven Games (Faust) Letter Opener

I know how I am supposed to open the letters - and I have seen the care label, but I simply can't get the point of the opener to go behind the seal, and I thought I clearly had the point in the middle - am I missing something stupid? Thanks in advance.

If I remember right......when the envelope came up on the screen I carefully moved the opener to the left and down holding the down the left mouse button.

That was the only way I could get it....moving the opener around got me nowhere!

Maybe you are starting too close to the seal. I might be crazy (some would confirm that ) but I think I started the letter opener insertion a bit up into the flap of the envelope and then brought it down into the seal, holding down the left mouse button. There may be more that one way to break the seal but there does seem to be just a tiny pixel location where the letter opener works effectively. You'll get it!!!
