RIVIN...Carherine's Island?

I would like to go through this without asking for help so often but I'm at a stand-still again.

I started at the save game right after I did the marble puzzle.
Got to Age 233.
Listened to Ghen's long winded speach.
Went through book, now he's in jail.
Went to his bedroom, got the tunes off the sphere.
Now I'm back to where the books are, there's only one book I can open. It's on the table with the inkpen, ink and other assorated things. I'm suppose to go to Catherine's Island, via the book.

Here's my problem... There is NO PICTURE IN THIS @*&# BOOK! Like before there's a big black @*&# square. I thought once I did the marble puzzle that would put power to all the books. Where did I go wrong now? What should I do? I need help!!!

Have you tried all the handles and levers in the room? As I recall there is a pot bellied stove looking thing that I think is a power source.

I got it! It wasn't the pot belly looking thing but the other thing. Thanks
