Final Cut-Chapter Three

I'm just starting Chapter 3 and I got the guy down fron the crain. I entered the office but couldn't lower the curtain in the outer office. Is this the blinds?

I can' seem to view the videos unless I lower the blind.

The "curtain" is between the inner and outer office! I tried to close the shade on the outside window and ended up outside several times!
