Scarlet Hand- ham radio tube

I cannot find the broken radio tube. Can anyone help me find it? I have been all over the radio , the only thing that lights up is the on/off switch

Hi Igos,

The tube is inside a panel on the right side of the ham radio as you face it. You might not be able to open that panel until the tube actually breaks. You also need the Coatl name for snake. You need the key from Joanna's office to get a new tube.

Norma I was not able to open to get out tube so I feel you were right when you said I would have to wait till it was broken. Skipped to hospital as written in walkthrough and was talking to Henrik. Everything went according to walk through except after said Come on Henrik: he said ok fine. and then it switched to a chart about his backgrond. I cannot get to Great. etc. Do you think this is because I don't have the broken radio tube? What do you suggest I do next?

Is Joanna in police custody now? If she is you have to search her office and get the key from her desk drawer and read the papers in her file cabinet. Talk with Alejandro. Did you get the key from Henrik that opens the drawers of his desk in the lab?
I found it helpful to read the notes on Nancy's computer. It gives you an idea of what you need to do.

Igos, I wasn't able to get the broken radio tube out until much later in the game also. I tried clicking everywhere on that radio and no hotspot. And I fiddled with the radio many many times hoping that it would break. Even after getting the new tube, I still wasn't getting a hotspot. Finally, I was able to use the radio and it broke and the hotspot appeared and I changed the tube but this was very near the end of the game.

I don't remember any reality list either.

No Joanna is not in jail.. I have followed the walkthrough as written. Yes the game freezes. AFter I say Come on henrik, screen switches to a list that says Reality Now and asks for name, age, occupation etc. I had a saved game and have tried a number of times to get Henrik to say what is in WalkThrough but it won't do it. Have also tried changing the time but that doesn't work either.

Just in case someone else has this problem, my mistake was not putting scarlet hand on Henrik's bulletin board.

I now have 2 more problems. First when I talked to Franklin the name of Prudence never came up. Any ideas as to why?
Went on with the game and then I could not find the glass cabinet in exhibit hall that has ham radio. I thought the ham radio was in lab.
Then you have to remember that I never could get the broken radio tube from the lab. Have gone back several times and still cannot the tube.

As you first walk into the exhibit hall, take a right and turn right... it is in this glass case that you find the Ham radio, however, you will need to get the key from Joanna's office to unlock it.
