Crystal Key.....ok I am FRUSTRATED!!!!

OK, Hi all I'm new here and I need HELP!!! I'm playing The Crystal Key and I am at part 2 and I don't have any idea where the cave is??!!!??? I have the walkthrough off this site but that doesnt help me find the "cave" that I have to go into. I know it is probably really really simple but hey what can I say I'm a little slow <img border="0" title="" alt="[Razz]" src="tongue.gif" /> All your help is greatly appriciated.

Have you gone down the stairs cut into the rocks, to the desert floor? At the bottom of the stairs, turn right, and go along the cliff wall. You should find the cave along that wall.

I took another tack for finding the cave. I went out into the desert as far as I could. Then I turned around 180 degrees so that I was looking back at the hills/mountains. I pointed my cursor at the hills/mountains and voila! It took me straight to the cave.

It is there - but it is also a little hard to see.

The following is a customized excerpt from the walkthrough. It may be more helpful. I'm sure you'll find the cave once you find those steps.


Position yourself so you are standing with the metallic building, that looks like a forties diner, is off to your right. Turn back to your left, toward the tall black columns, and exit out between the columns to see the desert. Turn right and pan down to see a stairway, of sorts, cut into the rock. Descend the stairway and go right and forward where you see a cave in a black rock, with some kind of grayish looking all terrain vehicle parked inside.
