The Moment of Silence - 03/05/13 01:55 AM

Finally received this game on cd. The dvd version would never run on windows 7. I have to say, I really love this game, its right up my alley. Too bad House of Tales is no longer around. I would love to play more games like this one.....

Have you played the two other main games the same people have also done: Overclocked and 15 Days?

Brings back many fond memories. One of my all time favorites and 15 days was also a favorite.

Never could get in to Overclocked but that's just me.

I have played overclocked and liked that game also. Have not yet played 15 days or mystery of the druids....

I dearly miss House of Tales. Both Moment of Silence and Overclocked were awesome games! To begin with a protagonist who looked and sounded like George Clooney?! What more could a girl ask for!....giggle just kidding.

The games were well crafted. The Game play was a tiny bit clunky, but, I loved the way the "Tale" was told, slowly unraveling and building suspense! I never knew what was going on till the very end, which was awesome! So many games, movies and novels are transparent and predictable early on, which makes it....well, kinda boring! bravo

15 Days feels very different, like a breath of fresh air. Just like Moment of Silence was something new in adventure gaming when it came out. It is deep, grand and immersive.

Mystery of the Druids was excellent at the time, I always wanted to play it again and eventually I will if I can get it to work on Windows 8. I hope it has not aged too badly.

Its sad that a team can put out such great games and then disappear.......

House of Tales was way up there on my list of favorite developers. It's a shame they are no longer in business. sad Maybe one day they will regroup, or one of the developers will make his own game. But if that doesn't happen, at least we have some great games to revisit. smile
