Started playing and I have to say that timed puzzles never get any less awful. Got past the alarm (well you do get 10 minutes) but the fight thing just after it is causing me to lose the will to live. Are there many of these things in it? If so I'll just chalk this down to experience. Knew I should have read up on the game first.

mj2c,where did you get a timed puzzle. I played all three of the game and never saw any timed puzzle.

In the crypt. You got 10mins to deactivate the trap
then Erica gets attacked and if she doesnt do the needed actions within a time limit she gets shot.

I must have been fast because I never got shot. Never noticed a timer either.

birthday Richard! Have fun today!

mj2c,

Timer:
Click to reveal..
Whether you deactivate the alarm or not - the killer will attack.
And what happens to Scott is similar no matter what you do.

So it is a choice.

During the attack:
I vaguely remember playing over and over; to find the different active spots and to find the correct sequence. It can be done. Aggravating but for a non-combatant like me - it was an accomplishment.

Anyhow - I believe there are no other strenuous action in the other episodes. Nothing that is overtly frustrating. smile

Thanks I got past it. Quite enjoying it, just hoping there's no more of the nonsense:-)

Well I'm still playing it and it's a lot better than I thought it was going to be. The only annoyances are the strangely lengthy pauses when moving from location to location. There's also the comical walking/running animation of the main character when she is at the station:-)
