Announcing "La Musica" by Knut Muller

La Musica is a Rhem-like game, but the puzzles will be based on music.

It will be released in German first December 2013, hopefully followed by the English version soon after.

The following is a translation from the German release so please excuse the interpretation.

I'm thrilled to hear Knut has a new game coming out, but also a little worried since I'm tone deaf and struggle with audio puzzles.

That could make it difficult colpet, but if you like a challenge it sounds wonderful.

How exciting Ana. A new game by Knut! The screen shots look fantastic especially the cave scene!

I think I would really like this game, since I love classical music and Rhem-like puzzles.

The description reminded me of the Puzz=3D Bavarian castle , which had a lot of music based puzzles. After the castle was put together, you got to enter farther and farther into the grottos and hidden rooms in the castle. (I wish some enterprising company would rework those Puzz-3D's for Windows 7. They were great!)

Like SuMac, I was also reminded of a real favorite of mine... the Wrebbit 3d/PC series: Bavarian castle, Notre Dame Cathedral, Victorian mansion & the Orient Express. Amazon still has them for sale, but happily, I kept mine.

I think... if memory serves (& it may not!!) that I installed one of them on Vista and it seemed to play okay. Maybe I'll try again. Ahhh I still remember the piano puzzle inside the Victorian Mansion (when solved, the reward was to hear Chopin's haunting etude Op 10 No 3).

So I'm really looking forward to this one. Even without the jigsaw puzzle part, it ought to be lots of fun to play. A nice adventure.

Anything by Knut has to be worth playing. Very excited.

I read a rumor that the German version of the game might be out soon but no word about the English. This is just a rumor though.
