Tim Schaefer announced Double Fine Productions will be redoing Day of the Tentacle and calling it Day of the Tentacle Special Edition on Linux, Mac, PC, PlayStation 4 and Vita next year.

Great news, thanks Ana!

I'm hoping this will be one of those that can be toggled back and forth, as my old version no longer plays the voices properly, and I have to play it mute. If so, I can choose to play the original one day and the remake another.

Either way, I'll be picking this one up for sure.
