HER interactive - Nancy Drew games

Warning ....

I tried to get a list of my Nancy drew online games to download and save.
They told me that they only save my games for 5 years.

"We're sorry, our records show that your download file is no longer
available because the Extended Download Service has expired. This
service allowed us to keep a backup copy of your digital file for a
maximum of 5 year(s) after the date of purchase. "

Well that sure is a bunch of garbage!

Can someone else get their games or is it just me? I can't login.

If you purchase the extended download option, the downloads are good for 5 years, which you can read about here.

This is why I would never choose to download a game via Digital River, due to this terrible download agreement. That second link provides contact information at the top of the page.
