Version 1.4 of The Eyes Of Ara was released last month. If you have the non-Steam DRM-free version from Humble, it should be available to download now. You can read about it on The Eyes Of Ara website. There is a little more info about the changes on the game's Steam page. Both of those pages call it a patch, but the download (at least on the Humble store) is not a patch as such, but an updated stand-alone version of the entire game.
