Boo hoo - Have been trying for 24 hours now to buy 5 games at the special offer price - but my order would just not go through.

Now it is telling me that the Coupon is no longer valid - According to my email, this offer expires on the 3rd January - by which I assumed it meant midnight on 3rd January - Am I wrong??

Unless otherwise stated, I always assume when something expires on Date X, that means 11:59 the night before is the latest I can use it.

I've found coupons are good through the date listed. I just bought a sale game a few minutes ago with no problem. Make sure you typed the code correctly and chose eligible games. Otherwise contact Big Fish for a solution

I just tried the coupon code on one of the games, and it still gave me the discount.

Just ordered my third game using the coupon code and it went through! Puppetville added to the collection! Woohoo!

Contacted BFG two days ago about my problems in not being able to order on this promotion, and for the first time ever I did not receive an acknowledgment, although they quoted a reference number.

So I just contacted them again...... Here's hoping.......

I did indeed have the correct coupon code - I always copy and paste!
