Downloading now; I used two of my Game Club credits on this one. I loved the first Princess Isabella game and have played it twice. Just like the helper fairy would say, I too say "Yay!!"

I'm going to try playing the game in advanced mode first.

I too enjoyed the first Princess Isabella. Dont know about this one though, the graphics seem a bit amateurish and bland. Just my opinion.

I'm seeing an interesting choice in the "options" menu of the game. There is a box you can check that says, "adjust game for slow computers." I don't need to use this, but I'm wondering what it does and how effective it is. It's nice to see that option.

The graphics in this game look pretty much the same to me as in the first game.

Has anyone noticed a problem mid way through the trial. Mine started to get jerky and when I opted to quit it froze.

I played and enjoyed the first "Princess Isabella", so I immediately downloaded the demo of "Return of the Curse". It's a bit different than the original, but I will probably use 2 of my Game Club Credits to purchase it.

Had I know that opening the bird cage would release that annoying little fairy, I probably would have left her there

I have enjoyed playing this game until I have come to a stand still. I am at the point where I am supposed to get some coal from the dwarf, and he does not give it to me. Has anyone else had this problem. I have e-mailed Big Fish because this is the second game in a row where something has vanished from my inventory.Sam

I to am having trouble with the game but not the coal. I need one more ring to go through the portal. Every area is cleared and I don't have anything in my inventory. I can't move on in the game. thanks

Hi, Richard!

You should have collected 4 gold rings in your travels, but you need to forge the final ring yourself. Do you have the gold string and 2 casting stones? Then you'll be able to enter the portal.

Hi, samson!

Did you complete the green gem puzzle? If so, the Dwarf Chief should have given you the coal as a thank you. I don't remember if I picked it up off of the ground or if it automatically went into my inventory, so you might want to check that spot again to see if it's laying on the ground.

Susan yes I have already forged the ring. I put four rings in the portal but I don't have the last ring. I went back to every area and all are completed. I think I might have a glich.

I found the Strategy Guide to be quite useless, but did you check it to see if it shows any unfinished areas? If that fails, here is the link to a walkthrough, and that should give you the location of the rings so you can see which one you're missing.

Thanks Susan will look through the WT. Sure seem funny that every area is completed. I went to every one and there wasn't anything to do. I clicked on the ferries and they wouldn't tell me anything. I don't have any unfinished areas.Great game. thanks

You're welcome! I just started the bonus section and did enjoy the game, but I found it frustrating when the fairy and dragon weren't very helpful when it came to what I should do next, especially if I was missing one item and couldn't find it. I found the walkthrough more useful than the Strategy Guide when I got stuck, so you should be able to find the location of your missing ring and enter the portal.

Hi Susan,I went to the map in the game and all sections were completed except the portal. So I won't be able to go to the bonus. The Strategy Guide was useless, I didn't even know that there was a map that you could jump from one place to another. Just found it out now. thanks.

Are you actually missing 1 ring, or do you need to "super-size" them? Before you give up, did you check out the walkthrough to see where the 4 rings are hiding?

Susan,I need 1 ring. I put 4 rings on the fingers in the portal and I didn't have the other ring to put on the fifth finger.

I found 4 rings, but I hadn't forged the 5th one yet. The walkthrough should pinpoint the location of the ring you are missing. I don't remember if they automatically went into my inventory when I found them, or if I had to pick them up off of the ground.

I haven't reached the bonus section yet but thus far haven't had any glitches. I wonder if this game will get a new build?

Oh good Grief! This is now the 4th (or 5th) game that seems to have the problem of Itmes going Missing from your game Inventory ! And in games just released. What is going on at BF?(or developers,etc)...Something, somewhere is not right. This many games within just past 2weeks-with the Same Problem? I am not buying anymnore CE's until i see that those games are fixed and don't hear about this kind of problem...sounds like they're not playing their own games!

What I don't understand is why some folks have these problems while others do not. I have yet to have a missing inventory item in any game I have played. I'm sure there is a first time for everything, though.

With the gears, they actually were in my inventory, but when you put them on the spindles one went "poof" and it was gone.

that's what happened to the rings. I don't remember how many rings I had but I put one on a finger and it wasn't there. than I only had 3 rings left. I hope this works for me this time.
Ana are you going to start the bonus over again.

I downloaded the game and played for 30 minutes but I'm a little shy of buying it till I'm sure none of my inventory items are going to disappear...especially in the bonus as I have had that happen to me before and wasn't about to start the entire game over again. Anybody else finish the game with no problems?

I finished the game and the bonus chapter without any problems. It was a good game, but I didn't enjoy it as much as the original.

I don't think you can replay the bonus chapter without replaying the regular game because you'd have to change your profile.

There are folks on the Big Fish forums who have finished the game without problems. I haven't had any problems so far but haven't reached the bonus section yet.

Potential glitches aside, I really like the game and think it's well worth the CE price.

I had three also till I put them on. One was there, and then it disappeared from the spindle. I can see it happened to others on BF forun, so I am not alone. I give up on the game, I am not replaying, no time for it. Bummer.

I just played through the gears on the door in the bonus section and had no problems. Glad to hear you made it through, Richard!

I saw one person on the Big Fish forums say that she has played the entire game through three times now with no glitches. I don't think I am going to have any either. Having said that, a new build is in the works.
