Criminal Investigation Agents: Petrodollars help

I'm playing the demo for this game and am stuck where you have to put some like cell tower things up and i keep getting it wrong. I guess i'm not understanding what they want. The info for it is not very good. Can any one tell me how to do it... OR better yet... just tell me where to put them!! LOL Thanks for any and all help! nawahtel

I played and finished the game back in August and I wish I could help you but I cannot remember how I got past this problem you are facing, probably (if you check my review submitted here back in August) because the game was a Major disappointment and nothing drew me into this game and one that I wanted to quickly forget that I Wasted my hard earned cash on this one.
It is not hard to figure out why Big Fish did not pick this one up and I hope for their reputation sake that they do not pick this one, at least in my honest opinion.
