I attached the rope to the dolly but can't find a "gear" shape along the right side. Where is it? Thanks for anyone's help.

I checked the blog Wt, but nothing that turns into a gear. I have it full screen, if that makes any difference.

I'm not sure then what the problem could be. Maybe someone else will have a useful suggestion.

Found the problem. I didn't pull the first lever. After that, it moved. Thanks for the help.
