Well, I have just arrived home and my code was waiting for me - So downloading the game now

The codes were emailed this morning so all should be delivered. Let me know if they did not arrive.

But the activation code didn't work - Andrew at VivaMedia is looking into it and said he'd let me know.

At first I just copied and pasted the activation code from the e-mail, and it did not work. I then manually put in the code and it was fine. Maybe this might work for you as well.
