I've checked my account at VivaMedia, but no code there. I did receive an email with a code, but as mentioned, it shows "invalid" upon using it. Still haven't gotten an answer to my email to VivaMedia?

Did you copy and paste the code in the email? Did you make sure there was no spaces? So the code I sent you worked to get the game you are just having difficulty activating it?

Copied and pasted the code in the coupon box at VivaMedia when selecting the game to purchase.
Big red letters across the top of the order page saying the code is invalid. Couldn't get to the download page unless I paid for the game. Which means I can't download to even play the game...

Hope this explains my problem.

Christy, have you read the suggestions earlier in the thread. All the codes have been working so perhaps you could try looking at your account and checking for the activation code.

If anyone here who has activated their game has any tips or tricks to get the game activated please feel free to offer suggestions. I have not used a code and not sure if I am perhaps missing a step in the directions.

How exciting! I played the first part of this game on my Windows 8 and really liked it. I just never got around to buying the full game. Thank you Ana and Viva Media!
