Secret Order Horizons Help

I am trying to use the first aid kit and it won't let me put the painkiller on the guys arm. I cut jacket off but can't use the painkiller. Any ideas wuld be appreciated

Have you looked at the walkthrough? It states:

Use the first aid kit on the wound.
Open the kit and look at the diagram.
Follow the order from the diagram.
Use the scissors on the wound.
Use the painkiller on the wound.
Next, use the alcohol wipe followed by the antiseptic.
Place the bandage on the wound.
Finally, use the adhesive tape to secure the bandage.
