potion bar question

how do you use the hint button when you are making new potions.

I've played this game twice all the way through and don't even remember there being a hint button; I guess I didn't need to use it.

I looked online and saw one mention of the hint button by another player, who was commenting upon the fact that the hint button didn't seem to do anything - so, I'm afraid I am unable to answer your question.

Have fun with the game - maybe you will find that the hint button isn't necessary.

I'm sure you'll do well with the game. It's not harder than the Cake Mania games, although it does get challenging. I enjoyed it very much.
