Big fish games

I have to ask do you get support for games or do you have to be a big fish member.
I am not a member so I think that I don't right or no
haven't had a problem yet but just thought I would ask.

Yes, you still get support. I am not a member either but have had to contact them and had no problems at all.

i was a member but had to cancel my membership, but i still get help, theey even help with their retail games that you can buy in the store.

they did,i had a problem when i brought nightmare double pack with a free game coupon code and it didn't work they fixed it.

As everyone said, you don't have to be a Member, as long as you bought a game from them. However, they often send a "canned" reply when you first inquire from Support about a download issue or game glitch, so be prepared to send a second email to them once that arrives. They always come through, they only try the simplest, ready-made answer first.
