Green Moon2

I'm just beginning Green Moon 2. I'm at the altar of fire, and everything is checked on my list and also a list of things I have to find to fix the reactor. However, I cannot trigger the Sunny Forrest .. it is not on my list of planets to transport to. There should be 5 places to transport to, and I only have 4. I cannot see what I've missed. I've gone to all the locations on the altar of fire.

Can anyone tell me what I'm missing?
