okay thank you very much ana, you are right, i am offend you are saying i am scaming them Bluebeard's Castle: Son of the Heartless froze 6 or 8 times
Bluebeard's Castle: Son of the Heartless is a more demanding game than most casual games, way more than the listed system requirements suggest. I had to run it on my desktop because it was extremely slow on my laptop, with 10 or 15 second delay after a click. I think it requires a faster processor -- faster than what is many laptops. It ran considerably better on the desktop even though the laptop is about the same age and has a discrete video card.
and mortimer beckett and the lost king, and mortimer beckett and crimson thief se and ce i have to check window 7, and run as administrator.
I've suggested running as Administrator to correct save problems numerous times in Glitches. It's nothing specific to those games you mentioned and may happen with adventure games as well as casual games.
When a game doesn't want to save, running as Administrator is the first thing to try.
If you need specific step-by-step instructions every time you run as Administrator, print out the instructions Big Fish sent you and keep them by your computer.
That way you won't have to wait for a reply every time you have problems saving.
You can either right-click the game shortcut and choose "Run As Administrator" every time you start the game, or you can edit the Compatibility tab in the game shortcut so the game automatically Runs the game as Administrator every time you run it.
