I just played the demo through, and decided to buy it. A well-constructed game, terrific artwork and effects, and a decent story. Just one teeny problem; when I clicked on the "Buy" button the computer froze and I had to re-boot.

I'm gonna check out my new veggie diet (fermented grain and juniper berries) and try again later.

Thanks so much for checking in, Tally Ho. I played a bit of the demo and impressions were favorable. I have rarely been disappointed with Mariaglorum games, so it's good to hear that you liked it.

Having the computer freeze when hitting the "buy" button is something I have never heard of before. Let us know if the second time meets with success.

BFG took my request to buy, and the code for the two-for-one, and I bought Black Dagger along with Grim Tales: Color of Fright. That will get me through the coming weekend (providing I finish Lighthouse before then. Ta-ta for now.

And they're both downloaded and inastalled. Check the time - is that fast or what?
I can remember when it took all night to download one megabyte.

I too remember those agonizingly slow downloads. I'm glad I remember those times as it really makes me appreciate download speeds now.

Marian, which do you think is the best Mariaglorum game and which do you think is the best "Mystery of the Ancients?"

I haven't played them all, but among the ones I have played I would consider these to be some of the best:

League of Light: Wicked Harvest
Mystery of the Ancients: Curse of the Black Water
League of Light: Dark Omens

I just tried to download and play the Trail Game, but when it finished downloading and I clicked to Play it, it looked up my entire computer, solid. Not a single key would respond except to CTRL+ALT+DEL my way out of it. So, I am going to Uninstall it.

Oddly, I downloaded three other games to try out and not one of them had a problem launching.

I had no trouble with the game at all. I wish I had the answer as to why that would happen, Reenie, but I have no idea.

I finished this game and I agree with Tally Ho's comments about this game, really enjoyed it. It took me 4hours and 28 minutes to play it, of course I skipped a few puzzles since I am not a puzzle genius. I rated this game as replayable at least 1 more time down the road.
