Just logged in to open birthday presents, most town very empty, but surprising number of people in Kamadan, which became the default buying and selling place. I was giving away extra mini pets free. I got one out of 7 gifts that was new to me.

7th birthday (next year) randomly gives gifts from past birthdays with a chance to get mini pets not previously available as birthday presents.
Tomorrow Halloween begins. Before Guild Wars 2 there were new masks every year, now quests that allow getting previous year masks. I think GW2 has already started Halloween.
