Legendary

I bought this game quite cheap so I thought I would give it a try and I am quite enjoying it.
But it has two problems that are annoying, firstly sound, I allways use bluetooth headphones without any problems. This game wont play with them (no sound) I have to use wired headphones. Secondly, I
cant get the console to show, I entered -console in game shortcut and that saved. Yet tilde will not work.I typed "god" in comma position, in config and that works but I can't get console on.I think someware it has been disabled but I cant find out where
