I'm one day into my long stretch, which seems to me to be a great time to call in dead.

"Hello boss. I'm not feeling well. I need to take sick leave. I'm sure I'll be feeling much better by July."

"Hello boss. I can't make it in today. I'm going to a funeral for my feet."

After a couple of more days things will get serious.

Let's see, I'm 61 now....... Nope!! I just can't see me making to to 70 before retiring.

Can you imagine what my jokes might be like at 70?

Good morning everyone. Please keep my friend Sandy in your prayers. She is back in AFIB again. The Dr. says there is nothing more they can do, and she will have to learn to live with it. After all her heart surgeries and she is no better. Now her heart is enlarged too. Hubby is still coughing and gets tired quickly, but says he feels a little better. not much planned here today, not feeling very good today. got a major storm thats suppose to be here tomorrow with snow ice and rain. not looking forward to it. hopefully i can get to walmart tomorrow for dog treats and to the vet for the dogs monthly pills before it hits.would go today but got to wait for hubby's ss tomorrow. prayers going out to your friend connie and hope hubby gets to feeling better.

It was cold and snowy here today. Hopefully tomorrow will be better.

Well, I did indeed stop in earlier and write a post but apparently I never submitted it. I have been busy grocery shopping, cooking, and general housekeeping. It's nice to get things done at a leisurely pace. It's very cold today, not at all like the 50 we hit yesterday. It was -10 windchill earlier and it's lightly snowing.

I told the dogs they get the day off. Merlin really needs the day off anyways although he would disagree .

I got home and it's a nice day, so I took Baby and went across the road and did some head hunting. The tragedy is that I didn't do any arrowhead finding.

I was starving when I got back so I made a DiJoeno's pizza.

Just finished eating and now it's time to get a shower.

well ,i also thought i was here earlier ,but didn't hit the send button - just a little stressed out with the moving stuff. it's not going as well as it could ,and i was slightly sick over the weekend. better now ,but cold outside.

melodee now thinks she's a service cat - runs to the phone and then to me ,then to the phone ,whenever it rings until i answer it.

well i went ahead and ran to the store today for a few things before that storm hits here tomorrow. they are say we could get 6 to 10 in.i sure hope not but we do need the moisture. not sure what our wheat is going to look like this summer if we don't get some rain or something.

Guess wot, I got carpal tunnel from the PS controller and just when PS 4 is about to hit the market - talk about bad luck. Mother told me there'd be days like this. But the bright side is -it didn't happen from doing too much housework.

New cat (Schemer) got a wuppen today because he attacked Moira, my long haired calico. It's probably a terrirory thing. Schemer ran outdoors and jumped on the picnic table and moped awhile and Commander Buttons went to him and said "Meeeeooowww" like a Bengal can and now everythings OK

Today I got to walk on the treadmill at PT. Boy it really felt good. Brought back memories of my exercise routine. I'm getting ready to use the treadmill in the workout room in the building complex I live in.

Tomorrow I go to Waltham to the Boston Pain Clinic. I'm pretty sure I know what to expect. They have strict rules that you have to abide by and if you don't you're out of the program. Not a problem on my end. I just want a little help with my ankle. So far so good.

Darlene I missed NCIS tonight. I'll catch it on CBS.com I'm sure. Love that show. Are you still watching it?
