i been having problems with lowe, one they delivery a rocking chair that wasn't assemble and i paid for it to be assemble, second this girl over charge me for 2 cusions for outside, and they wanr me to rebuy them.

It would be best if you talk with the Customer service of that store. They can explain their policy and resolve the problem with your order.

Family I'm so sorry for your bad experience. All they want to do is refund your receipt, and re-ring it at the correct price, and refund the difference.

okay thank you guys very much for explaining it, my husband try to put the rocking chair together, but he couldn't, the poor truck driver had to come back over here to bring the assemble rocking chair, and the manager said it was their fault about the unassemble rocking chair.

it is, i just going have to ask questions before i take the invoice, i am finding out that the temp people who are young don't care, or do not know their job.
