Good early early morning everyboomie.

I hope it's cloudy when I get up here at 3:30. That bright moon light is hard on the eyes, and I lost my good pair of moon glasses.

The last time I had a good moon burn my skin pealed for days.

Anyways it's back to work for me. I'm supposed to work W,T,F & be off S & S, but we have a special wheelie dealie weekend going on in the parking lot, to promote our OPE (outdoor power equipment), and some other companies are going to be there selling their equipment, such as tractors, motorcycles, trucks, etc, and I am going to work W, T, F, & Saturday, and then take M, T, W, T, & Friday off......BIG BREATH...

At least I won't have to do my 6 day stretch this time.

good morning everyone. ok who took all our warm temps we was having here in kansas? we started out with a winter westher watch, then a thunderstorm watch, the we got rain, thunder, lightening and freezing rain yesterday and last night. we still got the winter weather watch for all day today. i had so much ice on my car this morning its a wonder i was able to take granddaughter to school. windshield is iced over already. had my heater shut off for about a week and had to turn it back on last night. ok enough of my complaining

This week must be vet week. Sky and Keoki are going in today for ear checks. Tomorrow all 4 dogs plus Missy Spryte (son's cat) go to a different vet for their annual blood test (dogs) and shots (cat). Hubby will meet me at the vet tomorrow to assist in that appt. It's supposed to be raining, but hey, I don't melt.

Cats! My world revolves around cats. So cute, so furry, so needy. I even made a special trip to the store for my last remaining Indoorsie, Bubba, because he wasn't eating his dry food but was woolfing down the canned 3 times a day! Couldn't figure it out until I noticed that the 'special' tasty dry food that I included with the 'normal' stuff was all gone. Uhhuh. Put out some of the good stuff and he gobbled it down immediately. Takes me awhile to figure out the 'communication' but I think I've got it now.

Bubba, whose brother and constant companion died months ago, has taken to snuggling between me and my friend as we watch all our favorite nighttime TV series. He has to lean on me, but be petted by the friend or he isn't happy. What fun. I get all furry, friend doesn't. Go figure. And all the while, Bubba is making funny kitten noises and purring so loud it's awesome. We hold quite a conversation with Bubba responding. Very very cute.

Well I am off the oral surgeons and then will be home in time to get ready and take the taxi out. Have a wonderful day everybody!!!

Back from the vet and our walk. Keoki did have an ear infection...I think it's the same one and we are just not getting rid of it. So this time we went ahead and made an appointment for a recheck. Skyman's ears were good though.

It is hot hot hot hot hot out there. Had to walk in the grass and from shade to shade. Guess that means I'm going to have to get moving earlier in the day.

Dogs are all sprawled on the ground cooling off. I'm off to search up some food...I haven't had breakfast yet.

Yes, tomorrow will be a circus, which is why hubby will meet me and either watch dogs while I carry in the cat, or to carry the cat while I have dogs.

It occured to me in the middle of the night that we need to do that cat first so she can go back in her carrier, cos she avoids all the dogs at home and would be way less than thrilled to be loose in the room with the 4 of them.

Sorta, I'm so glad Bubba has found his niche.

L4l they didn't do anything today that comes in a couple weeks. It was just a referral meeting to see what he is going to do. Although he only does surgery on Wed and Fri. So I chose a Wed. Can't miss Friday fish fry!

Hope the ear infection takes a hike this time!! Best of luck to you tomorrow. I'm not sure I would want to take so many at one time.
