Spicy steak marinade or rub

Does anyone have a great recipe for steak marinade or rub they'd like to share?

I love the Chipotle Pepper one we usually use, but it's premade and has lots of "huh, what is that?" ingredients that I'd rather avoid.

I use the whole pepper blend from Crate and Barrel and grind it myself over steak. It is a wonderful blend of whole black, white, green,and pink peppercorns and jamaican pepper (allspice). It is great.
