Apparently NOT - it's a form of YOGA . This is actually being done in a yoga pose known as chair posture".

It reminded me of something that you would see at an Olympic opening ceremony.

They have something in their pant leg that stabilizes their leg and gives them support. You can watch them hook the heel into the ground and twist into place.

I do yoga and the chair pose and even in advanced form it's not at all like that. It would also not be done in heels. Aside from that, they are most talented indeed! Thanks for sharing.
