Good morning boomies! Another day in the 90's here. I am loving it!
I was born to live on a tropical island. Chicago was an error. 
I took a bike ride yesterday and these people were doing a photo shoot in the park and they were melting. They stopped me to ask how I can ride in the heat and not even sweat. I didn't know how to answer them.
I don't know.
Insanity class tonight and Sam is coming with. It's her first one so it will be interesting.

Good Morning Ana, Haroula and Sue. Ana maybe it's your thyroid that keeps your body temp cool so you don't sweat in the heat. Haroula enjoy your day. Sue it will be in the high 90s here today and for the next several days. Way to hot for me. Stay cool everyone!
