All My Children is the soap opera I started watching when I was in the hospital in 1972 (well, I did watch some episodes of The Young and the Restless from time to time also). Once I was out of the hospital, I kept watching AMC.

I also have a handwritten letter from Julia Barr (Brooke on All My Children) - how I got that is a long story.

they are new, they cancel them, then uncancel when people were upset.

AMC is only on for a 1/2 hour instead of an hour like before. I find it very boring now. There are only 2 people in it that were in it before.

Cathy1, I'm with you. I used to plan my day around when AMC aired. I tried watching it on Hulu, but got tired of trying to figure out who all the new people were.
