Re: Sip & Surf Sunday - 01/18/15 05:14 PM

Hi all, hi Karen. Hey Karin, enjoy the game and don't get too noisy -enjoy your popcorn, chips, sodas, beer, whatever. If I were psychic I'd bet on this one.

Something unusual, I'm home alone, just like the movie and it's quiet, the house seems larger and all is still. It's kinda nice but not for always. Pets do liven up things don't they. Pets annoy the natural household order of things and that's good.

There're all outdoors because it's such a gorgeous day. The only disturbance is an occasional noise from a car. My neighbor whom I see maybe every other year is 3/4 mile behind me and she doesn't even hear traffic but I have more trees. Hahahaha And cats.

Tomorrow I have a blood draw -I have to get up early -Darn.

Last night I watched Dawn of the Dead and Night of the Living Dead. There are better movies around but these 2 are classics, they've around along time. Dawn/Dead is where they are in the mall. "Well, it's time to shop for some new clothes now".

And with that, Bye bye

Good morning all. I'm home from work and just trying to decide what I want for lunch. This morning at the Blisses we had no heat and no hot water so I couldn't get anything done until the oil guy showed up and got the furnace working. Barbara stayed in bed until it warmed up enough to get her up and get dressed. Both of them were supposed to go to church but then this happened so we tried to get warm. It wasn't fun. Now I can relax for a few hours before I have to go back to the Blisses. I hope you all have a great Sunday. GO PATS!

Re: Sip & Surf Sunday - 01/18/15 06:54 PM

I still have 15 minutes of morning left so GOOD MORNING EVERYBODY! yay

I got up this morning and had my breakfast, and as I was having coffee, my sister text me that she was coming bye. I haven't seen her in weeks, so I allowed her to come over. lol

We visited for a while and she left to go back to Texas. wave

Then I went over to the old place to load up the rest of my belongings, like my lawnmower. yes

I cleaned the garage, and swept all the leaves off the driveway, so the place will still look lived in. yes

Then I came back, and unloaded everything.

It's a beautiful day, and I have my front door open, so the critters cam come and go. lab blackkitty

Now I've gotta finish my laundry, fix my lunch, get everything ready for work tomorrow, and hopefully catch some of the football games.

I hope everyone has a super Sunday. rah

Re: Sip & Surf Sunday - 01/18/15 07:27 PM

Super Sunday ya'll puppy

I've been up for hours, but as seems to happen lately, got short stopped in the kitchen. At first intentionally as it's closer to the coffee. Then making something for a congested chest and breakfast and cole slaw for later today and then cleaning it all up.

Now heading to the bedroom to finish the vacuuming, afterwhich I will go walk the doggies. It's a gorgeous (if windy) day out there and I'd like to take advantage. When we get home, I'm planning to collapse and read and watch football wave

Re: Sip & Surf Sunday - 01/18/15 10:02 PM

Beautiful day here! Ohhhh! Warm sunny happy day. Went out and swept leaves and tiny branches off my deck (possums and raccoons) they crawl up there and the little dead branches fall. Sometimes so do the critters. Oooops!

Finally finished watching all my recorded shows. That took 2 day. So many good things to watch in my series stuff.

Waiting for action at the empty (well not anymore) house. Stuff happened last night but I'm waiting to update till tonight in case anything more happens to explain last night's strange doings.

Bought EIGHT puzzles at Wally mart. They were on sale (not much of a sale). I needed something to keep my hands busy. Lots of fun puzzles now to entertain me.

Off to find something good for lunch.
