Oregon's weather

Hi. Would someone be kind enough to tell me how the weather is in the Western third of Oregon? Yes, I have checked Wunderground and other places but am getting mixed weather reports. would like to know exactly how to pack for the trip. I live in Texas so am used to weird weather but hope it's cooler there than it is here! What type jacket/coat if any?

I believe from my friends that live that way, the recommendations given here from the last trip would be the same.

Thanks Ana. Last time we were there the weather was so pleasant but like every place else the weather is a bit unpredictable. My daughter's husband told me earlier this week that it was going to be HOT in the day and cool at night. I think this time I will pack a few short sleeved tops and just plan on layering if I need to.
