chick-fil-a question

we have coupons for a chicken sandwich, milkshake the peppermint one and the soup, i tore it off and cut one of the coupons off and the staff refuse to let us use it , they have gone downhill , their wasn't a coupon code on it.

Was the coupon expired? Some have an expiration date.

no it was 11-16-15 thru 12-15-15 that was the date.

It sounds like the coupon is for next month.

why didn't staff say that instead of sorry you can use this and there was a coupon code.

No idea family. Maybe they tried to scan it and it only woeks during the dates you listed?

you may be right.

The scanner just probably rejected it because it was outside of the dates and they didn't bother checking any further since it's not 11/15/2015 yet.
