You might try Ebay... but don't pay too much for one there and be sure the research the sellers.

THere are lots of private computer repair centers scattered all over that may have one. I just gave away 8 of my old computers going back to Dos.
I guess I'm a hoarder.

eBay is probably your best bet.
If you're really lucky, you may find something on Craigslist or at a Goodwill.
But where I live, I've never seen anything except at eBay.
Watch out what you buy at eBay. Some people just put old computers on eBay, claiming they're vintage gaming machines when in fact the video is not capable of playing any Windows 98 game that requires hardware acceleration. Sometimes the eBay computers don't even include hard drives.

Ana and Jenny are both spot on Bluto; local computer repair shops in your area, eBay and don't forget Google or Amazon.Com! You'll find little businesses on-line that sell Windows 98, from their websites and/or through/from Amazon too.

To all, thank you for your help Bluto
I need to find a VCR my VCR/DVD combo has broken down, if I ever want to rewatch my VHS collection. I need replacement cables for old speakers (cats chewed them) so I can play my record collection.
Pretty much any garage sale should have a VHS player. They also sell them online on virtual garage sales. You have a local one
here.

You can convert them to dvd's,but the problem is the money you spend for the "video capture device" you will need will be lost because you will never use it again.
