9-by-3-inch cake pan

i want to make katie lee spagetthi pie, but she uses 9 by 3 inch cake pan, can any cake pan do.

Sure... use any pan that the recipe will fit in. I do it all the time!

because we went to walmart and i brought a springform cake pan that is 9 x 2.75, and muffin pan with 12. how do you clean them.

Soapy water and rinse just like all other pots and pans. Depends on the kind of finish they have as to whether you use a soft dish cloth or a scrubbie.
