sprain foot

i fell and sprained my foot and have a doctor appt. on wed.

Keep it elevated as much as possible. An ice pack might help. Hope it's better soon.

Stay off it and keep it elevated, as Sparkle says. Perhaps an over the counter NSAID like Aleve or Advil, might help also.
