I'm mourning the passing of the weekend.


It was a nice weekend, and I know it will be missed by many.


It was on this Earth for such a short time, it's tragic.


So, what's up for the new week?


I did not go to the sod farm again. It was very windy and cold.......again!


It's not a good environment for a delicate flower such as myself.


Not good at all when you have chronic earaches.


I definitely plan on going today, because if you don't make definite plans, your plans definitely don't happen. Capisce?

Joe, it poured here all day and now its snowing. It was a cold, miserable wet Sunday! I ended up working a few hours yesterday afternoon but my son came over and hung out all evening so that was fun!

Another cold day today (Monday) too with snow forecast. I'm getting really tired of being in the cold all day long.

Our Winter was so mild, we should consider ourselves lucky.

Sorry it's been windy and cold lately, Joe. Hope the weather is nicer, and you can make it to the farm on Monday.

Ana, I won't be able to arrange a 3 day weekend for at least another couple of weeks, unfortunately. This week, I have resets again, and next week, there are too many projects to cram into 4 days. After that I'm not sure, I'll have to wait and see what comes up. Sorry you're still getting snow so late in the year. Glad you had a great time with your son, though.

It's Sunday night, and I'm off to sleep. I don't have to get up at 5 am tomorrow, but it's in my best interest to do so. I have 6 stores to go to tomorrow, and one of them involves 2 projects. Since I want to be able to get off at a decent time, I should start early.

Still have 3 kittens with the Mom Cat nesting under my living room window. Hope she does well this time.

I'm waiting for a call from my neighbor who is in a wheelchair since a stroke 12 years ago. She will drive me to the local 'county office' so she can get a copy of her birth certificate. She can make it in and out of the car, but can't push herself up the steep ramp to the building. Don't know why they made it so the first story is as high as a second story, no elevator and with a LONG double-back ramp. Weird. She was adopted 49 years ago as a baby and I'm not sure if it was an 'open' adoption or what but she said she needs her birth certificate. Probably something to do with the divorce and sale of the jointly held house. Going to be an interesting day all around.

The divorce was final early last month but her ex hubby is as usual, making it very difficult for any paperwork to be filed. He hides and lies and won't sign simple stuff even though he knows it's to his benefit too since he gets half of the profit from the house sale. He and his 'girlfriend' have been living there for almost 2 years now while my friend (the ex wife) was forced to move next door to her Mom's house. Imagine a guy moving his girlfriend into YOUR house while you are still living together? It's been an interesting story!

Sorta, that whole story is just nuts!
