All I can say is it has to be a quarterback. There are about 5 top quarterbacks available and they are all close in talent so I don't have a certain guy but it must be a quarterback. They need another Bernie Kosar.

Choice was Baker Mayfield----A bit of a loose canon but that might be what the Browns need to give them a spark.
Ohio State coach (Urban Meyers)said he's the best quarterback that he has ever faced.
