It is important to make breaks between individual exercises. I personally stick to breaks of about 3-4 years.

Good morning everyboomie.
I can't believe it gets late so early. The time just sneaks up on me.
It's a good thing Sunday is my day of rest.
I walked around out there in the sun yesterday for four hours. It was nice early on, but warmed up quickly. My body doesn't wanna do that so much any more.
They had cleared the field of all the grass sod pieces that were too thin when they cut them, which means they pushed them off to the sides of the field. It was kinda like grading, which left a lot of virgin ground which had gotten a lot of rain on it.
Naturally I thought I would find a bunch of points, but that was not the case.
I did find two points. I also found some scrapers and some pieces, so it wasn't a bad day. I came home happy with what I found.
I was worn out though. I got stuck in the much when I was leaving, and it took me a while to get unstuck.
Also, someone pulled out in front of me from a dirt road, and their tire threw a rock on my windshield, which left a nasty little spider web pit. It'll turn into a crack soon.
Such is life.
