i just watch it on youtube and she left some things out, and i am having it, it calls for 18 pancakes, she had a huge one in her pan, i have to figure out how much is 2 cups of russet potatoe, and 1 cup carrot.

I bet it will be yummy.

i have everything but the cheese and cream, i brought hashbrowns and shredded carrots, flour.

So are you going out to get the cheese and cream or do your version?

Wow! What kind of cheese? Was that the price for the amount of cheese the recipe requires? Could you substitute a different kind of cheese?

Gruyère cheese

try using jarlsberg instead.

i will tried that, i didn't know Gruyère cheese cost that much.

Gruyere is a swiss cheese and it will taste a little different, but any swiss cheese will do. It will still be delicious!
