every time i click it i get an error meassage whar do i do, it says the game has a problem and needs to close.

no it came on viva media play 101 games cd rom, all the others play better than this one, never mind i got it to work i right click window 98 and me and it now works.

Have you tried playing it using compatibility mode?

Glad to hear it's working now. Remember to try the compatibility mode if another game doesn't work. It fixes a lot of things.
