It depends on the version you have or are planning on buying. There is a bundle of both games (A Quiet Weekend and Ana Capri) called "Mysteries of Capri" and that is Win 7 compatible. Any recent download version should also be compatible (but I know you don't like downloads!). If you have the original one-game disc, then I'm not sure.

Hope you're lucky with it. I have fond memories of this game when I played it on XP.
