I cant get the letter from the piano due to the game crashing. Hitting the escape key DOES NOT WORK as I have tried around 30 times to no avail. Does this so called patch work on the piano, and if so, where can I get this patch from. My game ran 100% smoothly up til this point.

Any solutions will be much appreciated.

I had the same issue, the patch fixed it right up -
