Lousiana Adventure download

It seems I downloaded this game from Adventure Shop,using their downloader.I go to documents and click set up and all I get is an hour glass and then not responding.I'm not getting thru to tech support from Adventure.Does anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening?I have plenty of disc space.

Have you tired disabling your Anit Virus?

How do I do that?

It depends one which product you're running - which one do you use?

I'm lost already,thanks anyway,this is too complicated.

I run Norton and didn't have any issues running the download... tons of issues running the game (it's buggy)

Maybe you can try downloading the file again.
