Forces of Corruption

Been trying to play the expansion Star Wars: Forces of Corruption, but when I try to launch it I only get an error message. While the base game Empire at War worked without any problems.

Is there any chance to play the expansion at all, or should I just put it back on the shelf?
Oh, it's the gold pack that I have.

Edit: never mind, I found the patch for getting it to run.
