I downloaded the game at gamestop. In order to run the game it tells me I have to have steam installed on my computer
I tried installing steam and it wont let me.Tried to get support help but I think I could have a better chance to speak with the president of the USA

It won't let you? More info would be helpful

I had an issue with Steam a long time ago. It wasn't immediately apparent, my AV was blocking it. In my case, the install process just halted with no error message.

If you're running AV software, you may want to look at the list of blocked sites - or, disable it when you try to install Steam.
