Just a shout out for ecollege

Just have to say how impressed I am with Mike at Ecollege!!! I have had a couple of problems with my new computer and when I have emailed him I get a response within the hour and then once we start he is like right there with questions and things to try.
The first was I disconnected the front usb ports when I unpacked the foam from the video card. He sent me a picture of the inside of my machine and circled the area where to look for the loose wire and where to reconnect it.
This time I was having issues with the soundback from my microphone. He suggested a few things... I actually found the drivers for win 8. the ones on the cd were for xp and vista. When I download them the Audio control center was downloaded with it and Mike found out where and what I had to do to get my mic working!!!!!
All is well.
So if you are thinking of having a computer build.. I give 10 stars to Ecollege!!! Fantastic customer service.

I'm glad your experience has been such a positive one. My son and I both have computers from eCollege, and we have no complaints whatsoever. I would never have known about this place if it were not for Draclvr's having mentioned them a few years ago.

And if I had to guess, I'd have to say it was Jenny100 who first mentioned them to me! I wrote a review of them at reselleratings.com and said the true measure of customer service is not when everything is perfect, but when things go wrong. I gave them a 5 star rating there.

I agree Drac... he just emailed me and said he was glad I was able to get everything working properly... nice guy!!
