big fish customer service question

i am having problems with they keep sending use coupon codes to me, what do i do.

Are you saying that when they send free game codes to you that the coupon codes are not being accepted as valid when you try to use them?

yes it says they have already beenn use twice they did that to me.

You'll have to email Big Fish about any non-functional coupons.
